1. Service
ParseDoc is an API that extracts structured data from receipt and invoice images or PDFs. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Acceptable use
You may only submit documents you are authorized to process. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to process content you do not have rights to, or to attempt to disrupt the service.
3. Billing
Usage is billed per page, either via x402 micropayments (USDC on Base) or via a subscription plan through our payment processor. Failed extractions are not billed. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel at any time.
4. Accuracy
Extraction is automated and may contain errors. The confidence and needs_review fields are provided to help you route low-confidence results. You are responsible for verifying data before relying on it for accounting, tax or financial decisions.
5. Data
We do not store your documents or their extracted content. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, wrapper-agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 30 days.
